heh, that's good. at first i thought you had done it because i'd been away for awhile and you thought i'd be another fly-by-night type person truth is i've been checking back here pretty often-ish, but not really posting because i'm still trying to figure things out myself first we r trying to get everything worked out we have come to terms that we will make this from scratch rather then pay people ridiculous amounts or percentages of nothing.. i tried to tell the guy its like a ant a 100x a ants weight is still like nothing so whats teh big deal.. lol but now tat we have this new server to do the processing tasks that was generously donated by 2 community members we will hopefully be able to increase the time between writing code and testing the driver.

To the driver developer in despair. Perhaps you should look at the source code of the linux driver. At: dm2.sourceforge.net/ perhaps this could give you the technical data you need to write a windows 7 driver. Ignoring the signing issues of course (can't help you there).

hi everyone... well I just wanted to post something that came up while searching some info for a project Im doing, diggin software around, I found USBIO Demo, a program that is supposed to automate the Driver Coding procedure, I mean, as written in their website: Universal USB Development Kit for Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP... I dont know a dime about programming but I was able to change my DM2 driver state from "Unknown Device" to "Usbio Device"... and the application Demo shows a lot of config parameters wich I think can be altered somehow... After dreaming a little how to hack DM2 driver with this app, I found 2 problems... 1st: Usbio is really expensive, I mean 3K US dollars for it... possible solution, find a hacker to solve our problems, 2nd: While editing Driver values, doin it right and make it MIDI or OSC compatible, and win8 as well... ok I think this is it.... I hope somebody could check it out and let others know if its possible to hack the DM2 driver and give hope to the peoples... Bye Yall here is the website link: www.thesycon.de/eng/usbio.shtml
