i have the driver to allow dm2midi to work, but am i allowed to post it? or is it illegal?

im talking about the driver for the dm2 controller that is needed. (for all the people who cant find their cds)

what about windows xp? i have a Dell precision 360 with Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, service pack: 3. With an Intel Pentium 4, 2.40GHz, 1 GB of Ram. I have spent over $80 in driver detectors, software, and drivers and still cant get this DM2 MixMan to work. I need some help if any one can give me detailed instructions please message me!!!!!
