Adjusting the tension of the scratch rings

Is it possible to adjust the tension of the scratch rings?

I just got a DM2 and one ring is tighter than the other. I want them to be equal, if possible. Anyone opened one of these before?

On a similar note, I haven't used it yet, but my WARP joystick's center position is actually up and to the right a little. Maybe there's a way to fix that too?

i don't think it'd be that simple... open yours up and take a peek, thats what i did.

Hmmm... mine was the same way. One ring was stiff the other was really loose, and the joystick isn't centered, its more to the left. I had my roomate take it apart and lube it with some kinda oil, forget what kind but i think you can get it at Radio Shack. ^.^
