Just introducing myself. I have had my DM2 for a while now but never messed with it until now. It just sat in my Video Games box (to collect value over the years) for about a year now until I finally went through that box after moving across the county. I'm a hobbyist game programmer, 3D modeler, photographer, graphic artist, electrical engineer, and a professional machinist.
Someone needs to write a custom Vista/7 driver, take credit under an alias and put it out there to get the DM2 back under the public eye. Hint hint, wink wink, nudge nudge. But that's just a opinion and nothing to be bound by in any legal sense.
Oh, and I hate sports yet love Hooters.

in the works already and its been posted unfortunetly we only have 2 developers and we both have other jobs and things to do then to commit 80 hours a week of R&D to a new driver. But someday we will make a driver that will be uniform to the new standard of usb drivers.

Yeah, I read that thread later after posting (about the driver in the works). Sorry . This is good though . I dwnlded the newest WDK to see if I can even read the dm2.sys and see if there is any shot in hell I can code one. I can code c++, c#, java and various web-based languages but never messed with custom driver coding. I'm doubtful ... but I do want to satisfy my curiosity as to what the driver looks like.

Any luck yet? I will have a look at the driver aswell. but ive only have learnt c+ and assembly this year. Perhaps we cant use a design from a simular driver and incorporate the code for xp into it. I cant believe that other companies that make alot of money can get it done as soon a new operating system is out and this company cant be bothered in a opportunity to remarket this sound product for a more proffesional use. Perhaps someone should buy them out. lol

that is the plan nijjy we already have one that works but is someone elses driver so now we just have to figure out how we can utilize the basis of there source code with the original source code and see if we can make our own source code with a few relative derivatives from other drivers
