I tried to install the Mixman DM2 company software on my desktop and now every time I plug in my DM2 to my pc, it crashes.
I run Vista (32), 3 gigs ram, quad processor. Before I knew about any compatibility issues, I installed the program directly off the cd, and then through vista's driver installation wizard, as the original instillation didn't seem to do anything. After it finished installing I got the blue screen of death. Every time I turned on my computer, it would load, and soon crash in the same way until I booted in safe mode, uninstalled everything related to DM2 and disabled all boot processes that I didn't recognize using msconfig. My computer works fine now, except for the fact that every time I plug in my DM2, my entire computer crashes (blue screen).
My hunch is that I have a corrupted driver, but I'm not entirely sure. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Alright. Lol vista is a piece of crap. I also run a laptop with vista (32 bit) and I can plug in my DM2 without crashing, even though it doesn't work. I'm worried about my desktop with 64 bit not working on windows 7 because of the driver I installed with vista. I'm also posting in the other vista compatibility forum here: dm2.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=DM2midi&thread=317&page=1You can respond to both there, if you'd like. -Thanks!
