i have sccoured the forums for answers and downloads to make this work. so far i can't even get the dm2 to connect, i get an error that says "windows does not recognize device" please help

Do you have the dm2 installation disk that originally came with the dm2 when purchased? This disk contains the dm2 drivers that need to be installed before the PC can recognize the dm2. The dm2 drivers will not work with any Windows newer than Windows XP, however there may be a way to make them work on Windows 7, 8, or 10 by creating a dual booting system. Reply and let me know if you have the dm2 installation disk or the drivers files from that disk. I picked up a dm2 from a Goodwill store but it did not have the installation disk and I can not find anyone who has one. Reply and let me know if you have the dm2 installation disk or the drivers files from that disk.
